To whom it may concern: I had just worked my 1pm to 7pm shift, but my day ended on a bitter and pissed-off day with no 15-minute break! In my 9+ years as a Courtesy Clerk, from $6 an hour back in 2003 to $10 an hour in late 2017 and I'm about to make $12 an hour in or after June 2023 I've expected everyone I worked...

Curious Employee of the week

I'm curious if all Kroger has poor training periods? Because I see high expectations for someone who just transferred into a new department with tons of new tasks thrown. What happened to diversity? We all different. I guess kroger is meant for fast learners.

I'm aware of favoritism and privileges, but even the 4 employees who hate me based on pre-judgement and fabricated stories about me. Collectively, they have loose bolts and wrong wires going into wrong outlet. Also, they're adults. 2 of the 4 has disabilities, but they don't go creating problems t...

Is it normal for employees to brush off customers even if employee is on a break? I saw a customer ask an employee who was reading a magazine if customer service was closed. The employee said "yeah." And went back to reading. Didn't ask what they needed which would have taken less than 2 seconds. If the cu...

On reddit a few days back management wrote something on the lines of 'Would you like to go on a $20.00 shopping spree with your favorite manager?
