Anyone else's store cracking down on Not Accepting returns from other locations? Lately we've had a scam increase of bad returns and this is how they're combating it. If over $20 they reject the return if receipt shows another location. I thought kroger's policy was to accept returns from other st...

We have been down to 4 people in our Fuel Center. Very difficult to get requested days off/vacations. Is this the same way at your store w/the short staffing? We have had people hired, but they only work two weeks then quit or don't show up to complete paperwork. Are all Fuel Centers this low-staffed?

I can't tell you how many people shop large orders and it's multiple items of the same thing. This is clearly for a business. Please order through the damn warehouse and leave some product for actual customers. Thank you.

Anyone missing a lot of money on their paycheck recently?

is the worst management team we've ever had. One guy is okay, but the rest can go. We had several people retire last week and one of them told me the only reason she chose to retire early was because of them.

I think it would be hilarious if a spy balloon would drop some poo on Kroger management as they leave for the day.

I'm sorry people but we're not a bank to give you money when you're totally broke. I'm sorry but we're also not a food rental service where you eat half the food then decide to return it because you're short for the month. Please stop forgetting about food in the back of your fridge and then return it. Ple...

Our floral manager retired a week before Valentine's Day. Store management had known for months she was retiring but waited until a week before her retirement date to start looking for a replacement. Two people at more store just died for no apparent reason. They were both over 50 but they were in perfect health. One died in her sleep. It's like one day they're at work the next day they're not.

Customer asks, "Do you have any tiramisu?" I say, "Yes, we do. Do you want a big one or a small one?" Customer says, "It doesn't matter." I go into the freezer and grab one of the big ones, because it happened to be on top, and bring it out to the customer. Customer says, "Didn't you have any small ones?"

My store in NM has instituted a 'no food or drinks allowed policy' for cashiers when working their registers. I understand no food, that's probably a longtime rule but some people have probably been taking it for granted. But this means that cashiers can't even keep a water bottle near their register...
