It only provides minimum wage increases (25 cents) and does not bump us up to what new hires will be paid which is $12/hr. On 6/26/2022 pay rises to $10/50/hr/ 6/25/2023 is $10.75/hr. All of a sudden our managers have to scan hundreds of product daily. It takes them 6 of their 10 hr shift to do it so now they have zero time to do their jobs. Wtf? Isn't this supposed to be a night crew thing? I recall doing it on n.c. but why are the managers all of a sudden responsible for it?
