Can someone please explain exactly what is meant by the terms "PEYTON" and "SHELBYVILLE" when referring to trucks / shipments to Kroger departments??? Inquiring minds would like to know! I'm in the Louisville district. Are there other terms (city names??) used in other divisions?

The attitude of just make the customer happy and throw money at it doesn't work. You then have the same person coming back over and over with no consequences for their verbal abuse or childish behavior.
