I've been noticing in my main local store that they're calling managers for "Fast Alerts". What the hell is that? Might be a Central Div or Zone 10 thing (if the zones are still the same as when I left). I suspect it's for queueing, but who knows.

As a courtesy clerk (part time) this makes me *very* nervous. How would you handle it?

I work in the bakery. In the dream I ask this woman at the counter if she needed help. She said she wanted to order a single cupcake. I said, "Well, if we only make one, we have to make it out of fish." That's all I remember.

I am in shock. I NEVER have found that much money in all 2 years I have been here. I consider myself lucky. That $200.00 wil...

We have always been told by our deli managers that we are not allowed to substitute pieces on the 8 piece chicken. Sometimes a customer will ask if they can for example get extra breasts instead of the legs. When we tell them no substitutions, they say "they did it last time" or "the other store does it f...

I played along with a romance scammer to find out the details of how their scam works. They sent me several images and I did a reverse image search on them. The search led me to a website detailing several scams. Here is a link for those that want to see what the scammers are upto: https://hustleupdate....

Are the people who work the Starbucks in your store considered Kroger employees? The reason I ask is that the dress code poster in our store (which doesn't have a Starbucks-we have sushi instead) shows proper dress for a Starbucks employee

Our store is opening a Starbucks inside, and today they were completing training of the employees by offering "free samples' to the store employees. I got in line, and with one person ahead of me, said that they can't give out anymore samples. (She was denied also). Starbucks: you aren't seeing any of...
