So i've heard that corporate is doing away with the HR/ARM/whatever it's called in your store position. I heard that the ARMs were told today that as of mid May their job titles are gone. But idk how true this is. so if it is true, whats happening to them? Are they being fired? Are they becoming co-manage...

how do you keep your tags and logs? Do you just keep them in a notebook?

I am a new cashier. I have been working at a PS in a local market going on 2 months. My FES is always harping on us to raise our IPM. We have a FE goal to hit of 22. My question: Is this realistic? Does kroger have a storewide IPM goal? Woulg kroger rather I scan fast or engage customers?
