I'm a part time employee I work in mid atlantic area and I have just completed 12 consecutive weeks having 40+ hours. Will I now become full time? How long will this process take?

I got payed 73 dollars for working 19 hours. When I tried to get it fixed they said they would add another five hours, but even then it wouldn't be enough. I worked the 4th too, and they didn't even pay me for that. Paycheck should have been around 138.7 without tax so why is it 70. Is there anyone higher up in...

So i recently just went into an interview then when i got home they sended me emails about congrats on joining smiths food and drug store. Does that mean I got the job? Therefore, there was no additional information about when I will start, nothing about training and such
