I was just curious about how to handle clicklist in the deli. When you are the only clerk and have a lot of customers at the counter (at least 3 or more) and a lot of clicklist orders due at one time, and the clicklist clerks are waiting, which comes first? I have been told both - counter comes first and cli...

Earnings were almost double from last year due to coronavirus increase in sales and the stock price went down. If you believe Kroger is making too much money for shareholders then join them. Become one of them.

No doubt this pandemic sucks. Wearing a masks can be annoying at times making harder to breath and all. But the one good thing these masks do is block those sweet sh!t smelling associates. I think its more dangerous going into these stores with asses like that

I just go on Medicare and am looking at Medishare for the other 20 percent that isn't covered by Medicare. I know release of the info would viola te HIPPA laws but I harve always felt if someone really wanted the info they could find a way to do it. I filled it out today-my Admin said "it is just window dressing, they do it because they say they do it." I have been at my store for 7 years and we have NEVER had the results communicated to us.

Do you think if I had 10 legit complaints filed against me that I would still be at Kroger? Nope. So why is Kroger so reluctant to get problem managers out of the stores? We have had an HR rep in our store for over two years that had had a slew of complaints filed against her. The admin in our store says "Kroger...

When all else fails-is being rude ever justified? What situations would warrant it in your store (or what has actually happened in your store that led to that point?)

You can just use any old device later and hope it's up, right? But think. Kroger wants to get sip information on any new device they might want to hack. They may want to introduce malware now. Plan ahead. Don't be impulsive. Be patient. Be safer.

If you're challenging more than half of the price of the product yes we will price check it for you and deny it. Don't be an @$$ hole and whine your way between cashier to cashier or m...

Are the other stores also getting "add outs" of UNWANTED, Half-rotten JACKFRUIT????? We have been getting them in about every other day, or three, and most of them just sit and rot, and attract fruit flies, and then we scan them out and pitch them! Sad!! At 1.49 a pound, just one average jackfruit w...

At my store we do not have a designated person to make sure customers wear facemasks (supposedly) therefore they are passing it onto us courtesy clerks. I DO NOT think it's our responsability to enforce the mask policy. With how things are now and how high tensions are, to have cc's enforce it is WAY abo...

Worked at Kroger till yesterday. Saw little badges supporting the terrorist group BLM. put in my resignation. This group tried to shout down a US Senator from Georgia at her rally. I cannot support by working or shopping at Kroger anymore since they support this group.

What does it matter if I go to lunch 3 hours after my start shift or 4 hours? Yesterday, I started work at 10:00 am and got off at 7:00pm. My lunch was 1:30-2:30. 3½ after I started. So I went at 2pm to 3pm. Three hours eating lunch after I start? No. I'm not hungry at that time. Plus 3 hours after my shift, leave...
