Did anyone else get a Christmas card from their store management? This is my fourth Christmas with the company, and this is the first time I've received one.

(yes i posted this on reddit too lol)Has anyone ever called it? What were the results? They say it's anonymous, but will the person I reported know it was me? Will there be retaliation? I don't regret a thing as far as calling, and i'm considering leaving my position, possibly transferring to another s...

OK, it's official, you can now make your own Kroji. I suppose this is only for employees who are part of the "Kroger system" and can access the home page at Feed.Kroger.com. (?) I was curious about all the hype, so I checked it out to satisfy my curiosity. Go to the feed.Kroger.com home page, (and a...

WHY is it that when a complaint is filed thu the Union it takes *forever* for all parties to get together for a meeting-and even then nothing is done? Our ASM who is also our HR person only got a verbal warning and a note placed in her file-but Kroger can right away lay off tons of ASM's?!? What are Kroger's p...

I don't have a clue on God's green earth how the management from this store survived the Great Management Poach of 2019. All four of these miscreants need to go away and be holding signs that say "will work for food". The morale at this store is incredibly low and management likes to call out individua...

I have noticed in the Local 1996 area that my local Publix has got more busier since the rebranding came out. They were running an ad here in Atlanta that shows a college kid coming home for Thanksgiving after all the food has been put away. He walks thru the door has Mom is putting the last of the pie awa...

They implemented this new system in the deli that now we have to write down customer orders every time. Fine, whatever. But we ran out of pens and notepads fairly quick. We wanted to get new pens off the shelf and do a store transfer like we used to, but we were told we're no longer allowed to do store transf...

I have never heard of this type of situation happening where an FES was "asked to leave" (as it was told to me tonight) our store but was NOT outright fired. There WERE a lot of complaints about how he wrote our schedules though.

How are things at your stores? I'll start it off: It's terrible where I am. Kroger has ruined it's reputation by creating a terrible employee atmosphere. So now they can't find ppl that want the privilege of working 8 days a week, with increasing work loads, and less OT pay. The smaller the staff become...
