If a person worked in one department (for a month) and switched to another the same time a new person was hired in that same department how does that person have seniority? Didn't they give up their seniority the minute they switched and had to be retrained?

So I'm trying to validate my identity so I can log into mytaxform, but I can't seem to find the right people to call to deal with the situation. Should I just call Kroger and ask them? Also, I'm a former employee. I'm not sure if that makes a difference though.

Hopefully the UFCW team can earn their union dues and not negotiate on their knees with Kroger management. Especially in Atlanta's best labor market in about 15 years since the Olympics in mid 1990's. And Walmart at min $10 per hr since February 2016, with NO UNION.
