Anyone else not getting paid correctly?

I know our union is suing kroger along with many others for the new my pay. People not getting paid or not getting paid correctly. I've noticed on mine not getting paid overnight pay on ot hours worked. I looked back at years past and have always been paid overnight pay on all hours worked. Anyone else?
