So I called in two days Sunday (Daughter sick) Monday (daughter Sick) and did a NCNS on Tuesday. When I came back on Thursday management was requesting I turn in a note to return to work. I dont have a note excusing the days, what can I do?

Why doesn't anyone know what's in their contract? If everybody would get a contract, read it and make the union enforce it maybe things might change.
