What's Kroger's policy on reducing the price of items for customers at checkout? I usually get at least one person per shift saying that some item rang up at the wrong price and I don't always have a courtesy to go price check them.

Step by step please.... redeem a coinstar slip?(dont know what theyre called) redeem rainchecks with the price override etc give rainchecks (if cashiers are allowed to do that) enter a price for an item not found (using the codes from each grocery store section ) entering in a coupon when it all match...

So, I noticed that my "job step" went up and I got a pay raise along with it (10 cents). I'm wondering what or how the job step changes, and how it's tied to my pay. Note that I am only a part-timer working between 15-18 hours per week (the remaining days/hours going to school).
