2 months ago a much much older co-worker put his hands on me back in the meat cooler. He came up from behind me, while i was bent over, and grabs me by my hips and squeezed, and says he likes them thick. I scream....he laughs! "Whys your face so red"? I tell management. Store manager pulls this guy into offic...

I can not tell you how many regulars we see multiple times a day or hell even 3-4 times an hr buying mini liquor bottles because they have nothing better to do. You start drinking at 10 am and by 4 pm we cut you off. Good lord get a fu---cken life!

I filed a complaint thru the Union and to make a long story short the manager in question was "coached"-is that the same as an hourly employee coaching? Does something like this go on their employment record?

I've herd around fredmeyer employees that if your reported for sexual harassment you get 1 report; like a last chance to never do it again but if you do it twice your fired? Is that true?

In the store I work in, if you need to change your schedule or even talk to someone it's only one person. I had a scheduling issue to discuss yesterday and only the operations manager can talk to you about it. Even our HR director can't talk to me. Operations manager was off yesterday, and I am waiting now...

I've been employed at my local store for about 2 months now. Our department (deli/bakery) has 8 people on the schedule, but 5 of us are being scheduled for only 2 days a week. One of those 5 WAS working 40 hours/week but her hours got completely shafted. The department lead said she's "lucky to be able to h...

Is there such an store where all the employees are aware about the store app or company app? Customer(s) expect all the cashier to know about the mobile app-from using as a tutorial personal to I.T. tech support. I don't use the app. And customers expected all the cashiers to know about it.

To the customers that come in several times a day for 3 oz mini liquor: get a fu-cken life! If you have nothing better to do than come in twice an hr and get a tiny buzz you need to get a fu-cken life! I hate to say it but I'm tired of seeing these people twice an hr when they're not at work working. These people ar...

I have been recently trained in ClickList. It's easy picking, scanning, and delivering the order to customers waiting outside. However, I did an order this morning and the window to pick up was 9:00-10:00 am. She still has not yet arrived. Everything is ready to go we are just waiting on her. What do we...

This company behaves so nicely when almost anyone can do better than to work here, plus a new union contract is needed. I let the union know what my concerns were. Trying to get the company to stop being such an conniving bully looks pretty hopeless. They have been behaving better but it is like a really d...
