Hourly employee 401k

Has anyone done any serious research in to the best options available. The retirement date funds all include Kroger and I can see the end for this company coming sooner than later. The US all cap fund seems to be my only choice. Any thoughts?

Why does the system allow SOME store coupons to be overridden by the cashier?

Without a manager's override? When the coupon scans, it gives a prompt that says "No Matches Found" and then gives an option to accept the coupon or reject. I've noticed this is true at both regular registers and Uscan.
