Customers who shop at the location I work at complain about unsafe drivers in the parking lot. Is there anything Kroger can really do about this? I ask this because our customers want Kroger to do something about this.

I work in the bakery dept and we close at 9pm. We got a phone call around 9:30pm. My dept manager said to not answer it since we are closed but someone from the front end pages us to answer it. I told her we were closed and she started going and on about how since someone is in the dept someone needs to answer it....
