I am moving from the front end to clicklist. Does anyone have any tips to help me with the transition? I know there is a goal time for each item, what the pick time goal?

1. How do I remove an accidental time off request? It says its pending and its for a day that already happened. 2. I want to request a day off but it won't give me my usual options. It gets a pop up that tells me I have no hours for that week yet and that I have no requests there yet.
