I'm just curious about what the experience is like and how complicated it is to learn how to do ALL that is required for the position? There's just SO MUCH info that you have to take in and while I'm hoping to get adequate training, I just want to prepare myself for what's expected of me.

I wished that I had invested more in it over the years, now that the stocks are at an all time high. But I still have a few more years to work before retirement, I started putting money back in to it a few months ago and I will not quit like I did before.

Long time lurker, first time poster :) Wondering what are pay raise rates for hourly workers at Kroger (for example, a person who start at $11 an hour). Do they give out raises automatically after certain time if one have the same job and duty. Or one have to wait for promotion to get a raise? Thanks
